Creating Memories LLC provides event management, destination management, tours, excursions, yacht charters, transportation services, accommodation recommendations, corporate events, team-building activities, and related hospitality services within the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations.
Certain services are provided directly by third-party suppliers and partners.
 
3. Bookings & Payments
 

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking.

• Corporate events and customized experiences may require advance payments according to the quotation provided.

• VAT will be charged where applicable in accordance with UAE regulations.

• An official VAT invoice can be provided upon request.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked.
Unless otherwise stated:
 

• More than 14 days before the service: Full refund minus any non-refundable supplier charges.

• 7–14 days before the service: Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply.

• Less than 7 days before the service: Up to 100% cancellation fee may apply.

• No-shows are non-refundable.
   

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and supplier involved.
 
5. Changes to Bookings

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes requested by clients. Additional charges may apply if suppliers impose modification fees.
 
6. Force Majeure

Creating Memories LLC shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Strikes

• Security incidents

• Transportation disruptions

7. Third-Party Suppliers

Many services offered through Creating Memories LLC are delivered by independent suppliers.
We are not liable for:
 

• Supplier delays

• Service interruptions

• Accidents or injuries

• Property damage

• Loss of personal belongings

8. Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in booked activities.
Participation in activities such as:
 

• Desert safaris

• Dune bashing

• Buggy tours

• Water sports

• Yacht excursions

• Adventure activities
   

is undertaken at the participant's own risk.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
